My research topic : School System Satisfaction

Target : Kwansei Gakuin University Students

(Summary) Sudents answerd 8 questions about school system satisfaction.

(Results)

Q1

It is clear that the 5 of them are not satisfied with the current Luna System. There are 4 people who are so-so and 1 person who is satisfied. As a result, many people don't satisfied with school system.

Q2

I found that most people use Luna as their main source of apprications.There three people using the slack that Kwansei Gakuin has recently started using.Slack is often used in Media Department classes, so the three people using slack may be in the Media Department.

Q3

There are four people each who see the site seven times a week and four people who see the site five times a week.The fewest number of people are looking at it four times a week, which shows that everyone is checking Luna quite often.

Q４

Face ID seems to be the easiest, but in reality, half of the respondents use their passwords to log in to Luna.I could not get the Face ID to work. Maybe many people are the same way, so Luna may need to improve.

Q5

The easiest way to communicate with teachers was by e-mail. Also, the best way to submit your homework was by Luna. Slack is about the same percentage for both uses.

Q6

Since the survey was filled out on the 21st, I found that everyone is checking Luna frequently.

Q7

9:00 and 11:00, when most of the answers are given. It is when classes begin. So students probably check their Luna well before class.

Q8

All respondents said that the application should be unified.Each app should also cost money, so the apps should be unified and improved for ease of use.

This survey has many surprising results. Few people are satisfied. The survey results indicate that students find it inconvenient to have separate school tools.Kwansei Gakuin should rethink its school system.
